Ring Rental – Dynamic Dog Sports

RING RENTAL AGREEMENT

You must read and comply with all regulations for agility ring use.

Before arriving, please read, sign and return this agreement to dynamicdogsportsllc@gmail.com.

Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reserved ring rental time.

Students currently enrolled in our agility classes may reserve the outdoor agility ring to train.

1-2 dogs: $35/hour $15/half hour

3-4 dogs: $40/hour/$20 half hour

Maximum of 4 dogs per rental.

Payment:

Venmo: Dynamic Dog Sports (our banner with logo is the profile picture; last 4 of phone: 6289)

You may leave cash or a check payable to Dynamic Dog Sports in the locked mailbox next to the office door.

You may bring a friend and train together. All individuals using the ring must sign the Dynamic Dog Sports Waiver and this Ring Rental Agreement.
Private lessons and instruction are prohibited.
Reserved time slots are strictly enforced. Do not enter the ring early or exit late. If you arrive late, you may not go over your reserved time slot to “make up” the time lost.
Dynamic Dog Sports is not liable for any theft, injuries or accidents to dog(s) or human(s).
You and/or the owner are responsible for the behavior of the dog(s) at all times.
You are responsible for damage to equipment and/or property resulting from your or your dog’s actions.
Dogs must be four (4) months or older to enter the agility ring.
Dogs must be twelve (12) months or older to use full height contact equipment.
All dogs must be current on vaccinations. Be prepared to show proof of vaccinations if requested.
Handlers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Reactive/aggressive/barking dogs may be asked to leave if they are disruptive.
Dogs are never left unattended.
You may bring a crate into the ring. Dogs should never be tied to the fence or any structure.
Use of the ring is at your own risk.
